2.7.1 The association and TEBA may at any time agree to negotiate revisions to the central points of the collective agreement. These changes will come into effect from the date the association and TEBA agree. 1. Each employer will set up a committee to support the CIF grant program. CIF committees are made up of the same number of employer representatives appointed by the employer or designated employer and representatives of teachers appointed by the association. Teachers` representatives must be employed by the employer. The CIF committees will have a total of at least six (6) and a maximum of ten (10) equal representatives. The CIF committee may meet as required, but meets at least once during the 2017/18 school year. 11.4.1 A teacher may, with the employer`s agreement, reduce the duration of the six (6) weeks following the actual delivery date by providing the employer with a medical certificate certifying that the return to work does not endanger her health. 1.2 “first year” means, with respect to a transaction agreement, the period from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. 2.5 All existing collective agreements between the parties or their effects are heres not to be denounced. 15.9 Representatives of TEBA and the association meet within 15 days of operation to discuss the difference or at a later date, which is consensual for both parties. By mutual agreement between TEBA and the association, representatives of the employer concerned by the difference may be invited to participate in the discussion on difference.

2.2.2 In the absence of an agreement, the matter is decided by arbitration at the end of the PECBA. 7.5.9 The teacher will, at the employer`s request, execute documents and agreements that the employer deems necessary or desirable to implement the provisions of this section 7.5. In each collective agreement, you will find full pay scales. 13.1 Leave on leave with pay is granted to a teacher provided that the employer reimburses by the association the actual costs of the substitute, including the employer`s share of legal contributions, for the performance of the duties of elected or appointed members of the Provincial Executive Council, disciplinary committees and review practices, and central and local bargaining committees.
